Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for finance and planning works of GOWell entity, including planning management, finance & tax management and fund management.

  • To develop and implement finance and planning policies for company

  • Responsible for preparation and analysis of operating planning and financial budget; Responsible for entity level financial accounting and submission of entity financial reports to CFO and/or finance team.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with finance team to carry out tax planning

  • Responsible for financial review of all contracts signed with outside parties.

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate, timely financial transactions in accounting system.

  • Fulfill other work/tasks as assigned by finance team.

  • Responsible for full cycle bank account management

Skills and Experiences

  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements.

  • Knowledge and ability to use various software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook at proficient levels

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards.

  • Work with Quality Compliance department regarding compliance issues.

  • Continuously fully comply with all regulatory related requirements.

  • Committed to a high standard of safety and willing to comply with all safety laws and all of the company’s safety policies and rules. Must be willing to report safety violations and potential safety violations to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum of eight years’ experience in Accounting with a Bachelors degree in Accounting or associated field

  • Must possess strong communication and analytical skills.

  • Fluent English and Mandarin required

  • Ability to work with all levels within the organization.

  • Supervisory and management experience preferred

  • Certified Public Account (CPA) preferred

  • Experience with ERP systems

  • Experience with Quickbooks required

Physical Demands

  • Could involve some lifting, up to 20 lbs.

  • May require travel

  • Ability to perform physical requirements of job which include but are not limited to the following:  standing, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, etc for prolonged periods of time
