Oscar Giovingo

Oscar Giovingo has more than 31 years of oilfield experience and has worked in North & South American, European, North African and Middle Eastern markets. He joined Baker Hughes in December 1991 and performed land and offshore electric wireline services from 1991 to 2004, before becoming Operations Manager in Ravenna, Italy from 2005-2007. He then spent another four years in management positions with Baker Hughes in Abu Dhabi. He joined Gowell in Dubai in May 2011 as a Business Development Manager, now he is the Western Hemisphere Director based in Houston, Texas. Oscar holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University Simon Bolivar in Venezuela.
