R & D Director

Jinsong Zhao joined GOWell International in Houston 8 years ago as the first member of Houston R&D team. His mission is to build GOWell Houston R&D system and develop world-class technologies and products in Well Integrity (WI) in alignment with the GOWell business strategy transformation as a value-oriented and technology-driven company. As the Houston R&D Manager, he has been gradually building up the R&D system with the team, methodology, info system, IP foundation, research direction and scope, engineering activity, pilot production, project tracking and reviewing mechanism, and personnel performance evaluation standard. Currently, the team has 14 members and generated 23 patent applications with 8 granted in USA and EU. Under his leadership, Houston R&D team has developed advanced technologies and very competitive products in WI, such as ANT, ePDT, DEC, and TTCE. Prior it, Jinsong Zhao worked in Halliburton Tech Center in Houston as Sr. Advisor in Systems Engineering (SE) and Baker Hughes Tech Center in Houston as Sr. Engineer in SE and DSP in total of 13 years.
